Depending on your requirements, prices can vary from $300 to $850 per 360 participant.
The price will vary according to:
- How many participants are involved
- The maximum number of raters per 360 participant
- Whether you utilise your own competencies and question set or utilise OPRA’s generic 360 competency model, or competency library
- If you would like the 360 survey and reports branded with your own organisational logo and colours
- Whether you would like team/division/departmental/organisational reports
- The level of advice and support required throughout the design, delivery and feedback process.
- If you involve a member of the 360Develop team in the feedback process
